About Us
Nancy McCormack, Realtor
I was born in Oak Park, Illinois and raised in the North Suburbs of Chicago. I graduated from Highland Park High School in a year to be un-named. I worked in retail management until I moved to North Georgia in about 1972. I became a licensed sales person in Real Estate and after the three year requirement as a sales person ended, took the required courses and was licensed as a Broker.
I left Real Estate when interest rates climbed to 20% plus and pursued a career in Medical Management. In 1994, I started a Title and Tag service for Automobile Dealers and continued to develop that business until I moved to Punta Gorda in March, 2002. The decision to get back into Real Estate was an easy one, since I enjoy working with people and the challenge of finding "that perfect home"! I was licensed in August of 2002, and joined the Century 21 organization in mid September of the same year. In August of 2004, Steve and I joined Five Star Realty. I am a Broker-Associate have earned the national Association of Realtors designation of e-PRO. I have two grown children, Lisa and Brian. Lisa and her husband Jim have two children ages 8 and 4. They have relocated from Kewaskum, Wisconsin and now live in Auburndale, FL. My son, Brian, lives in Cambridge and is President and CEO of his own global corporation. My third child--"Buster" who is pictured with the blue sunglasses, is now nine and still endures continual training! He has achieved the status of "Canine Good Citizen", an award given by the AKC, but needs those refresher courses! Maybe they are for me? I have a few hobbies, including continual training of Buster and our 4 miniature horses, fishing and boating (really enjoy those freshwater creeks) and learning technology! I look forward to sharing my excitement for Charlotte county with you! |

Steve Mitchell, Realtor
I grew up in Miami. After high school, I worked in the Construction Design business from 1970 to 1974. I moved to Atlanta in 1974 and ran an Interior Construction company until 1978. I opened a restaurant/pub in 1978, added one more in 1980, and sold out in 1981. Then I opened one at West Georgia College in 1981, and sold it in 1982. I opened a car lot in 1982, remained a car dealer, doing my own financing until 2002. During this same time period I also procured inventory for a Chevy dealer and a Ford store and achieved Top Buyer status for Hardy Chevrolet as well as University Ford 1997 -2002.
I moved to Punta Gorda in March, 2002, and became a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person and Realtor in December 2002. I also attended Mortage Broker School, and became a Florida licensed Mortage Broker in February of 2003. I started selling Real Estate in January of 2003, achieved top producer status with Century21 for the years 2003 and 2004. In August 2004, I became associated with Five Star Realty and achieved Multi Million Dollar producer status for 2005. Relaxing for me is riding my Harley,an Ultra Classic. The weather here allows me to ride almost any day of the year and I take advantage of it! You'll even find me riding to work! I also have classic cars--and enjoy bringing them back to "driver" status. No show cars, just 10 footers! I am a hard-working self starter -- a quick thinking, aggressive business-minded person. I know the market and tell it straight! I believe that "Money is a by-product of a job well done." Put me to work for you, I'll get results. Call today! |

Buster McCormack-Mitchell
My name is Buster and I am 9 years old and weigh 95 lbs. I like to go everywhere that my "folks" go. Most days they take me to work with them. I like that a lot because everyone at the office plays with me!
I am very well trained and I have my "Canine Good Citizen Award". That took a lot of hard work and patience. I had to do lots of things, like not chase a bouncing ball, sit still for 5 minutes, and ignore people who were walking around me. Boy, that was hard! I like to go fishing, boating, or just riding in the car. When we had the farm I used to ride the 4 wheeler. I love stuffed animals and beef jerky. Two years ago my "folks" moved to the country. Now we have 4 miniature horses, Jack, Dolly, Sugar and Tinker. Sugar is a rescue horse, it's taken about 9 months, but now she lets my "folks" pet her! She's not afraid of me though, so I get to run in the pasture. We also have 4 pygmy goats, Harley and Miss Davidson. Nutmeg and Cinnamon (the Spice Girls) Sometimes I get to go into the pasture to play with them, but those goats think "butting" me is play! Not my idea of fun! But, I like the country. I have lots of room to run, places to explore and a pool! |
